Manager & Coaches Training Information

With our brand new partnership for the 2021 season with Positive Coaching Alliance we are continuing to invest in our youth by making sure all of our Managers and Coaches go through certain trainings, and given ample resources to suceed both on and off the field!

Our commitment to our youth to build the best youth Baseball and Softball program in Cleveland is taking a huge step forward in helping to change the culture of Tri-League Little League and this partnership with PCA is further proof of those goals.

All Board of Directors, Managers and Coaches and other volunteers will have to take the "Coaching for Winning and Life Lessons" online course provided FREE of charge to all league volunteers. Volunteers will also get weekly emails directly from PCA with videos, articles etc... that can help Tri-League Little League create better coaches, and help create better athletes!
We are the only youth baseball and softball program in Cleveland parnering with PCA in 2021.
