Tri-League Little League Umpire Association is a new name when it comes to Umpire Associations!
If your league or program is short umpires we may be able to help!

Each umpire receives in depth training and is held to the highest standards regarding mechanics, positioning, rules and a love of the game.
We also utilize a mentoring program and pair our senior umpires with new umpires to spread the wealth of knowledge. 
Our members pride themselves on their appearance, management and most importantly, their professional and clear communication with both coaches and players.

Our Umpire-In-Chief is Greg Linville,
The position of Umpire-In-Chief is responsible for contracts and contract renewals, training umpires with assistance from Little League International, assigning umpires to Tri-League Little League home games, as well as recruiting new umpires for the TLLLUA.

Our Umpires are eligible to apply to umpire districts and the possibility of being selected to umpire in the Little League World Series!

Our trainer,
Mitch Lemponen who is our District 1 Umpire-In-Chief for Little League International. Mitch has over 6 years of Umpiring experience, umpiring in both Division 2 and Division 3 college softball. He has umpired the Softball Central Region Tournament in Indianapolis in 2019.
Mitch has also umpired in the Little League Softball World Series in Greensville North Carolina in the fall of 2021!

Little League International throughout the year will also help us by bringing in others to help train our umpires both on and off the field to the official rules of Little League International.
