Our 2021 season isn't just our 47th season, or our inaugural season as the only official Little League International affiliated program in Cleveland, but it is also our 1st season partnering with Positive Coaching Alliance!

Be a catalyst for a positive youth sports culture in all communities across the U.S.
As a catalyst for a positive youth sports culture, Positive Coaching Alliance provides research-based training and resources for coaches, parents, athletes, and leaders to ensure a positive youth development experience for ALL kids, in all communities across the U.S., through sports. PCA ensures sports are ‘done right’ with programming that is research-based and designed to have impact at three levels in a youth sports organization or school:
- YOUTH experience improved life skills and character development.
- COACHES become more positive and increase their focus on using sports to teach life lessons.
- YOUTH SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS AND SCHOOLS see their cultures become more positive and everyone involved has more fun.
To help us reach this goal we are looking to add a PCA Coordinator to our Board of Directors!

Beginning with our 2021 season all Board of Directors, Managers, Assistant Coaches and all other volunteers will have to take the "Coaching for Winning and Life Lessons" online module. We have a special code that gets you this training module for free, that we will give out to our league volunteers.
This partnership with PCA and Tri-League Little League is a partnership for 3 years, to help change the culture of a program which will help us build better athletes and better people!
